Living Space

The ground floor has a large day area with plenty of natural light.

Fully equipped kitchen island with a stove and an induction cooker, a refrigerator, washing machine and complete range of kitchen accessories is blended with a large dining table. The tasteful furnishing is complemented by two large sofas, big screen TV, an audiophile grade sound system and fast internet connection. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned.

Wooden terrace with a private swimming pool and a lawn perfect for activities.

Warm weather will surely draw you outside to your own private swimming pool and sunbathing terrace, while an open fireplace for cooking and roasting and a large lawn perfect for sports and games will keep all the guests occupied.

Roomy and bright bedrooms with private bathrooms for a well deserved rest.

The first floor has two separate and large bedrooms, each with a queen size bed in gallery, an extendable couch and completely furnished bathroom. The hallway also has an extensive library. From the balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view, which reaches all the way to the Adriatic Sea.

  • Cula Zarja – vegan breakfast

 

They’re prepared upon request and delivered to your door. Make sure you ask about them when you book your stay.
