The Terms of Service describe, set forth and regulate the use of the content and services of madwise.si (hereinafter: the website).

ALEKS SIMČIČ – dop. Dej. Na kmetiji, collects and processes personal data from the visitors to their website, and specific data from individuals who subscribe to the newsletter (link) or provide their contact information by making an inquiry.
We use Google Analytics to collect data from the website visitors about what pages on our website they visit, how frequently, how long they stay there etc. Based on this data we can see how many visitors come to our website, what parts of the pages they are most interested in and whether they have any issues when visiting.
The visitors’ data gets anonymised right after it is captured on the website, and is stored only in aggregate form. The e-mail information is saved until unsubscribing from the e-mail list, and then deleted within one year. Every user has the right to make a written request to unsubscribe from receiving notifications to their e-mail address or do so by clicking on the relevant unsubscribe link in any newsletter.
None of the aforementioned data is transferred to external users. However, for analysis purposes, we process the data through Google’s Google Analytics service which in specific cases can constitute a transfer of personal data to a controller from the United States of America. This type of transfer is permissible only based on a special decision by the European Commission referred to as the Privacy Shield which establishes that companies from the USA, which agree to comply with the principles of the Shield, must ensure an adequate level of personal data protection. Data subjects are reminded that they have specific rights pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (right of access to or the right of correction of inaccurate data etc.). Data subjects can enforce these rights with a written request sent to our contact address specified above.
